Future Tenant Qualifications
Identification and Social Security
All applicants are required to provide current photo identification and a valid social security number for a comprehensive background check.
Income Requirement:
The monthly household income of applicants must exceed three times the rental amount, and all income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Rental History
Positive references from all previous landlords for the last 2 years are essential. No evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords are permitted.
Credit Score:
Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600 to be considered for our rental properties
Background Check
A thorough background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18 years old. The applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Non-Smoking Policy
We prioritize the health and well-being of our residents; therefore, applicants must be non-smokers
